From 18th November 2017, the Australian Department of Immigration & Border Protection (DIPB) advised that incomplete and poorly documented applications for Australian Partner Visa may be refused without notice and without a further opportunity to provide additional evidence. Where deadlines to provide further documentation have not been met or an extension has not been requested, no reminders will be send and those applications are likely to be refused.
