What our clients say
Wayne & Hayley
My partner and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Sammy
Naghi of Taylor Hampton Solicitors, for your much appreciated help, and
professionalism. We first heard about Sammy from a friend, who after hearing
that I was intending to marry my fiancé from Australia, recommended him
immediately, as I am a South African resident and so it’s very difficult
to just travel, let alone marry!
After meeting Sammy and telling him that we wanted to marry, and what was
the best way that we could do so, he directed us toward the correct visa
and explained everything in detail for during, and after the visa process.
During the process Sammy went on a well deserved holiday after Xmas and
for the time being our case was handed over to Sammy’s colleague Miss Anna
Gorna, also of Taylor Hampton Solicitors. Ana was just as professional
and handled our application perfectly, keeping us informed and up to date
at every turn.
I have since received my visa, a lot faster than we thought, and we are
moving to Australia in the next couple of months or so and are forever
grateful to Sammy and Ana for all their hard work, without whom none of
this would be possible.
Thanks again Sammy and Anna

My partner and I had always wanted to emigrate to Australia, the place
where she was born and a place I had always dreamed of living. We started
researching the procedure for me to obtain a visa to live, work and obtain
permanent residency within Australia. Once we found out that it was possible
we started researching migration agents online. We found that repeatedly
Sammy Naghi was given positive reviews by all of his clients. We also respected
the fact that he has done work for the recent TV series ‘A Place in the
Sun’. We could have applied for the visa independently but we felt that
as this was such an important stage in our emigration we wanted piece of
mind that nothing could go wrong and ruin our dream.
We then contacted Sammy and asked numerous questions before assigning Taylor
Hampton as our migration agent. We had two contacts helping us at Taylor
Hampton, Sammy Naghi and Anna Gorna both of whom were professional, reliable
and worked very closely with us to obtain my visa. The service was impeccable,
they must have answered hundreds of questions in total and were always
patient, efficient and only ever a phone call away. Both my partner and
I hate bad service and hate it when companies don’t call back, are always
unavailable or just rude. This never happened with Sammy and Anna. Our
application was a difficult one for a number of reasons but still with
Sammy and Anna’s help we received my visa on the 11th February 2010 and
we are looking forward to starting our new life in the sun in May 2010.

Once our decision was made to emigrate to Australia we where unaware of what the procedure entailed and the whole emigration process. Sammy (our solictor/migration officer) made the whole process clear. At first we were a little overwhelmed of what was involved and what we needed to do but Sammy explained every detail step by step and was very professional and friendly throughout. We would highly recommend Taylor Hampton Solictors to anyone who was thinking of emigrating.Jahanara Brown
Once I had made the decision to emigrate with my family to Australia,
I decided I wanted to use a Registered Australian Migration Agent located
in London. Many agents I had spoken to recommended that my husband should
be the primary applicant as this is the norm, however this was not the
case with Sammy. After meeting Sammy at an exhibition in Earls Court I
was very impressed by the services and fees offered by Taylor Hampton and
on speaking with Sammy I felt extremely confident that I would be getting
a professional representation throughout the whole application process,
especially the fact that he is also an Australian solicitor and Australian
born himself. I was more than delighted with the services that Sammy provided.
He is very proactive and thorough, and was always on hand to answer my
many questions and to assist with all matters relating to immigrating to
Australia. Sammy comes highly recommended.
Sammy made the whole process
of applying for a visa very straightforward - every time I had a query,
I was able to speak directly with him and I knew at every point what was
happening with my application. Sammy was straight, accessible and attentive,
enabling us to sail through the complexity of applying for migration to
Australia.
I want to thank Sammy for all the help because I don’t think
that I would have gone through all that paper work without him, as
it was really time consuming even with his guidance if you are not
as active as he is. Managing my own businesses and children - I
think that I would have given up on my own.
When I took my 3 children to
watch the Wiggles at the Hammersmith Apollo last year, I promised myself
that the next time we see the Wiggles will be in their home town Sydney.
Thanks to Sammy this is now possible as I cannot believe how quickly my
visas came through.

We decided in October 2008 to make the move to Australia however with
Wayne’s 45th birthday in January 09 we knew that we did not have time on
our side and in addition to this, Wayne’s job did not easily fit into one
of the listed jobs on the MODL. Following several phone calls to various
other migration companies, it was not looking hopeful as they said the
application could not be processed and lodged in time.
We eventually found Sammy Naghi, from Taylor Hampton Solicitors and explained
our situation to him. He gave us reassurance that we would be able to
lodge the application on time. We were required to have Wayne’s degree
verified by the Institute of Engineering in Australia which added additional
time to the process. During this time, Sammy ensured that we had all our
documentation ready so that we were ready to proceed as soon as we received
notification that the degree was verified. Our application was lodged
at the end of December 2008.
During the whole period, Sammy was always available and kept us updated
as to where we were in the process. He was always at the end of a phone
to answer any questions we had.
We have no hesitation in recommending Sammy – we always felt that we had
a 121 relationship with him. He was always friendly, courteous and personable
as well as being professional.
We received our Visa’s in September 09 and now planning our move downunder
in March 2010.
Thank you Sammy.

We were having tremendous problems with our Visa application to Australia, this
was a very complex and awkward case and we couldn't find any agent or solicitor
to take our case or assist us. After a long search we approached Sammy Naghi
who had experience in difficult cases such as ours.
Sammy was immediately accessible and helpful, often taking the extra time to
walk us through some of the more difficult and troublesome questions. We had
expected this whole process to take some considerable time and have many questions
and documents asked of us from the Embassy. In the end with Sammy's smooth management
of the case and efficient communications we had our result in a matter of weeks
on a very complicated case.
We while heatedly recommend Sammy to any future applicants who need assistance
in their case, Sammy was always access able and helpful and we know that for
all future stages of visa applications we will have Sammy by our side up to the
final full passport. Sammy has experience in handling applications for Australia
in both the UK and Australia, his understanding and work ethic is admirable and
reliable.
Thank you very much Sammy for all your help.
Amy & Simon
After being told by many migration agents that I would not get a visa and
to come back in a years time, we were so pleased to meet Sammy at Earls
Court in April 2009. He said he was sure he could help us get the spouse
visa that we wanted.
Our case was a little complicated as we had not lived together more than
two months and my partner Simon was also unemployed so it didn’t look great.
Within 6 weeks of Sammy lodging our application for us, we are booking
flight tickets to go and start our new life in Australia. I would recommend
Sammy to anyone wanting to apply for a visa, he is very professional and
really knows his stuff, handy being a lawyer too!
He always answered my emails and returned phone calls quickly, it wasn’t
just a case of taking the fee then not hearing anything, I think it was
worth every penny. We had full support through the complex application
which I could not have done on my own.
Many thanks Sammy!

We made the decision to emigrate to Australia in January, 2008. Unfortunately
my husband was turning 45 in April, so we were aware that time was not
on our side. We tried to do the process ourselves, but the TRA application
was unsuccessful, leaving us with an even tighter timescale.
I contacted about six or seven agents on the MARA list, but each told me
that there was no way a visa application could be lodged in such a short
time. I decided to try one more, and in February contacted Sammy Naghi
of Taylor Hampton Solicitors LLP, an Australian solicitor and registered
migration agent based in London. I explained our situation to him, and
he immediately said he could see no reason why we couldn't have our visa
application lodged before April. He helped us to re-do our TRA application
and sent it off straight away, with a successful outcome. He also arranged
a meeting with his contact from the migration section of the Queensland
Government, and was able to secure our State Sponsorship there and then,
as opposed to a several months application process. With these boxes ticked,
we were able to proceed with our paperwork, and Sammy lodged our application
on March 27th, 2008. He gave us a phone number to contact him directly,
and was always available to answer our questions, and deal with any concerns
we had, big or small. Our visa was granted only five and a half months
later, on September 16th, 2008.
One year on, we are now living on the beautiful Gold Coast, and our dream
is now reality. I have absolutely no doubt that had we not found Sammy
Naghi when we did, our dream to emigrate to Australia would have remained
just that.
I would recommend Sammy Naghi to anyone starting out on their quest for
a new life Down Under, and will be eternally grateful that we had the good
fortune to have him as our agent.

I have been extremely impressed by the service that I have received from
Sammy Naghi (migration consultant). Sammy was recommended to me by a colleague
at work, who had also found him to be of great assistance to her when she
had applied for a visa in order to emigrate to Australia.
Sammy took the time to explain the visa process to me, ensuring that I
was applying for the right subclass of visa for my family and me. He alleviated
any anxieties, worries or fears that I had about the procedure, and explained
fully what would be expected of me and my family in order for us to emigrate
to Australia. Sammy was knowledgeable about the whole visa application
process, and explained in depth what would be realistically possible for
us to achieve in order to emigrate.
Sammy always responded to emails and phone calls, and nothing appeared
to be too much trouble for him. This made the visa application process
much easier.
I have been amazed by the service that we have received from Sammy and
I would like to sincerely thank him very much for helping to make it possible
for me and my family to obtain a visa in order for us to live and work
in Australia. Without Sammy I doubt we would have been able to do it,
and I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone wishing to emigrate
in the future.
Thanks again Sammy, you have helped to make our dreams become a reality!
We are unable to describe what the service Sammy Naghi meant to us. Essentially, before we met Sammy we had been met with disappointment and negativity.
My husband had moved back to his homeland in Albania after being refused a returning visa to the UK, while I lived in the UK. Being an Australian by birth, I hoped we would be able to return to my homeland together as husband and wife, however because we had only been married a short time and never lived together, we were unsure as to how to prove the validity of our relationship. Due to the complexity of our case, we were given negative feedback as to our chances of obtaining the visa and quoted extreme fees by other lawyers and migration agents.
As soon as we contacted Sammy he was positive and very helpful that we would succeed in living back in Australia together as husband and wife. He contacted us straight away, always returning our calls or email queries within a day or so. He was attentive and reassuring that together we could succeed in obtaining the visa. There were many items required for the visa process that we would not have been aware of ourselves. We worked very hard together to obtain the required documents and Sammy was there every step of the way. Eventually, while the visa was being processed we both relocated to Albania until the visa was finalised. During this time, Sammy kept us updated on the visa process at all times.
I do not know what our lives would be like if we had not been able to live in Australia together and thank goodness, that never become a reality. We have now been back in Australia for the last four to five months and love it! We are happily married, have good jobs, a beautiful, spacious apartment and lots of sunshine and barbeques. We are eternally grateful for Sammy helping us out and obtaining the visa for Jez even though at the beginning, it looked like such a daunting task.
